R. W. (Bob) Benwick is the Chairman and a Co-Founder of R. W. Benwick Associates, a global corporate and executive coaching practice. His extensive experience working with organizations and individuals in the areas of accelerated leadership transition, high-ptoential, career transition, performance enhancement, professional development, transition management, 360° and intervention coaching are available to his clients. Bob’s passion is helping organizations and people to quickly increase their effectiveness in ways that make them more successful and fulfilled by joining his unique coaching expertise and experience with clients’ extensive knowledge of themselves and their organizations.
Clients can expect to tap into Bob’s significant record of achievement over the past 40 years working in and with a diversity of domestic and international private and public sector organizations.
A member of the School of Business, Business Management Department, Kwantlen University/College, Canada’s largest University/College, he offers his clients expertise in fields of Leadership, Organization Development, Change Management, Human Resource Management, Business Management, Human Relations in Organizations, Labour Relations, & Organizational Behaviour.

He has successfully coached hundreds of executives, leaders & high-potentials in a diversity of domestic and global organization sizes, levels and functions, and a broad range of professional backgrounds.

Bob is qualified in a variety of personal assessment instruments including ExecView 360, Emotional Intelligence View 360, MBTI STEP I and STEP II, FIRO Elements, Birkman Strong, Thomas International’s DISC, and EQ In Action (Individual & Group/Team), a state-of-the-art emotional intelligence instrument, and Living System’s Collaborative Group Coaching.

Bev Benwick is Chief Executive Officer and a Co-Founder, of R. W. BENWICK ASSOCIATES, a global corporate and executive coaching practice. Bev has extensive experience working with individuals and organizations in the areas of executive, leadership, high-potential, entrepreneurial, professional development, performance enhancement, organization, team/group, and intervention coaching. Bev’s passion is helping people and organizations increase their effectiveness in ways that make them substantively more successful and personally fulfilled by joining her unique coaching expertise and experience with clients’ extensive knowledge of themselves and their business.
Bev’s rich and extensive background as an entrepreneur has honed a deep knowing around what it takes to “push through” on the challenges facing today’s organizations and their leaders.
Often referred to as “an oasis of sanity” by her executive coaching clients, Bev has a significant record of achievement over the past 35 years as a corporate leader, general manager and entrepreneur in a diversity of industries that include executive recruitment, adult education, manufacturing, marketing and sales, Import/Export and Professional Sports, operating domestically and internationally.
Bev’s rich and extensive background as an entrepreneur has honed a deep knowing around what it takes to “push through” on the challenges facing today’s organizations and their leaders during these “white water” times. She has directly experienced and clearly understands the importance for leaders to tap deep into their inherent potential, create and sustain that all important momentum required to powerfully move forward. Her laser-focused executive coaching helps her clients achieve and surpass their personal, professional and business aspirations . . . . . . . dramatically faster than they would do on their own.
Bev is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
Bev holds a Master degree in Leadership (MAL) from Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC. This is complemented by her studies at both the University of Manitoba and the University of British Columbia. Bev continually enhances key skills and knowledge in support of her quest to make the highest contribution possible to the success of her executive and corporate coaching clients. She has completed extensive coach training through the premier international coaching development firm, The Coaches Training Institute, and is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC). She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation, and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) candidate. She is a certified Coach Clinic facilitator, Corporate Coach U.
